Union Assistance Program

WE’RE HERE TO HELP
The Union Assistance Program is the clinical arm of Local 100. We have been here since 1988, helping members with problems that impact their lives. This inlcudes substance abuse, psychological issues, and family problems that may also threaten your job. We are a confidential, voluntary, and non-diisciplinary office.

UAP can help with other issues as well. Did you know gambling is one of the leading causes leading to divorce? We can help. What about eating disorders or abuse of over the counter drugs and prescription drugs?  These are all concerns that have an adverse impact on your and your families. Again, we can help.

THE FIELD IS WHERE WE’LL START
Our counselors are now visiting worksits: yards, barns, depots. We will be out in the field every day, reaching out to TWU Local 100 members, but you don't need to wait until you meet a counselor on the job to get help. Call us at the number below and we’ll get you started. The programs we offer are voluntary and are kept in the strictest confidence.
